This place is excellent! The atmosphere is chill and relaxed, but the staff is also friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. The steak & crab cake with seasonal pumpkin ravioli was terrific; for their prices, it’s 100% worth it. The bread and pesto sauce was my favorite.

Excellent brunch experience at this location. We were here to celebrate my brother-in-law's birthday and this specific location is in the middle of all the attendees. We met there at 11 a.m. which also happens to be when they open. They were gracious and allowed us in a couple minutes early so we were out of the sun. The table took just a few minutes to be set-up, which was fine as we were early to arrive. We made a reservation, however, I don't think at this time of the day you'd necessarily need one. The staff was amazing here. Friendly, attentive, and efficient. They made us feel very welcome and were great about answering questions, making suggestions, keeping the table cleared and ensuring we had what we needed / ordered. My sister and I did the bottomless bubbles and went with the sangria - highly recommend. I honestly have never had brunch at this chain and boy was I missing out. The bang bang benedict was amazing! Get it. Overall: A Great experience, excellent food, amazing staff! Go. Get Brunch. Have bottomless bubbles.
Visited the restaurant at the Loop but this Bonefish Grill was by far better. The food was hot, delicious, and arrived quickly to our table. The staff was great, including our server Omar. My husband and I were hesitant as to which restaurant to eat at in this area and we are certainly happy we came here! We will definitely be returning!!
Two words: Ant Problem. We dined last night for the first time at this location and needless to say, we will not be going back. Killed three ants on our table. Shined a flashlight on the wall in our booth and yep, ants were crawling everywhere. We were going to say something to our server but she seemed distracted throughout the entire meal and the staff's vibe seemed to be that of not caring, so decided to just write a google review to let you know about our experience. Also the bang bang items we ordered barely had any sauce, and when you ask for extra sauce, they bring it out cold.
Service was good, food was okay. Nothing too impressive. It's just about what you would expect from this chain. Bang bang shrimp was good, but the tacos could of been better. Toppings, sauce and presentation were nice but the type of fish used in the tacos did not go well. The fish itself tasted bland, I think they should of used a mahi mahi or similar fish. What I got tasted frozen and fishy. Location is easy to get to and much easier to get in and out of compared to the ones located in the loop or Orlando.
