This place is fantastic. It's family run with the most lovely staff and great food. I've thoroughly enjoyed every meal I've had from there and only wish I lived closer. If you like spice and you're up for a challenge ask to take the Kismot Challenge..be warned though it is super hot. The daughter in the family is stunning and a charmer with customers too (she'll be somewhere in her 20s I suppose). Lovely manner with customers. Great place and one of the best Indian restaurants in Edinburgh. Highly recommended.

Hands down the best Indian restaurant that we had in Edinburgh! The service was excellent and the food was so good and tasted home cooked. The family who run this place are beautiful people and so friendly. Highly recommended!

Best Indian in Edinburgh as well as my favourite. Every time I visit this place it never disappoints. Fantastic flavoursome curries, a relaxed vibe and the friendliest waiter.

This is my wife's absolute favourite sub-continental restaurant in Edinburgh. We visit quite frequently which is due to the following factors: 1. The food is delicious (probably what most people will care about). You can tell it is freshly made and high quality. 2. The prices are reasonable, even cheap. 3. The whole experience has a family feel to it. It is run by the Ali family: the parents are always in the kitchen cooking when we visit and their son, Abdul is busy waiting on tables and he is super nice btw, friendly and talkative).

What a great experience! My daughter chose this restaurant due to the clarity of the menu regarding ingredients & allergies - we weren't disappointed! The staff were faultless & our food was fantastic. We will definitely be visiting again!
