They don't tell you anything about dinosaurs, they don't explain you anything about Jurassic period in the history of the Earth, some of them don't even know what's "Jurassic". Customer service is disaster, they are just constantly trying to take pics of you with their cameras and sell those pics to you after. They have lots of photographers and zero customer service, just rudely curious guys that are asking personal questions
