Very helpful people
Rang up because I am extremely stuck with an issue for my business. After explaining my worries of what is currently happening he replied with \it won't benefit our company taking on your case\ which is absolutely terrible!! He wouldn't even tell me where else I could go to get hell as again \it wouldn't benefit him
Abysmal treatment of clients. Had two cases of mine, one for over a year and one for over 3 months and they have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. For the first case, the woman handling it left the business and it wasn't handed over until I enquired about the silence. For the second situation, I had no response from them for three months and then the advice that followed was considered to be completely incompetent by another solictior. Inexcusably bad handling of the cases; they clearly are only looking for straight-forward easy work.
