I really liked that after making some observations about the maintenance, I was able to verify that the person in charge painted the stairs, just as they arranged the entrance with many flowers and bushes. that gave the place a better view. I must say that the maintenance staff has been very attentive to the arrangements made in the place and they have been very interested in everything that refers to improving the common areas. I congratulate you!!!!

What a great community in a wonderful neighborhood! I've been looking at properties in the area to find a place to call home and I think I have found my place. I stopped by to venture around and first impressions are that this place is well kept. The landscape is clean, birds seem to love it here. For as many units that there are, it was surprisingly quiet. In the courtyard it is very calm and relaxing, check out my photos! There is a bus line right off of the property. I am also excited to hear that there will be an electric car charging station being installed! Way to be green! Safeway and QFC are a short distance away for groceries, and Juanita beach is less than 1 mile! WAHOO! The price is decent for the area, but they were full at the time I was given a virtual tour (way to be safe during Covid-19). They are not brand new but are updated to have that comfortable feel. The 2 bedroom 2 bath which I am wanting is a very great size. I LOVE how it opens up in the back bedroom! I am so excited to live here!

Lived here for 2 years with my partner and 2 cats in a 1-bed, 1-bath apartment. Pros: * The apartment was spacious (700 sq ft), and * quite affordable for the area (1500). * It was quiet and secluded from the main road, * the grounds were well kept, and * maintenance was timely. * Parking is WONDERFUL lots of open spaces for guests while being close to the buildings themselves. * It's within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, main bus routes, and gas stations. Perfect for people working in Seattle, Kirkland, Redmond, or even Bothell. * After a year, the lease got even more flexible in terms of length. * Utilities are lumped into rent price when it's due (very convenient). * non-smoking (if you're bothered by it) Cons: * Landlord can be bit hard to get a hold of, because it's run by just one lady doing her best. * smallish kitchen * not many amenities (no gym, pool, lounge, or rec room, no microwave) * traffic on main road can be pretty bad during rush hours * wall divisions make apartment sometimes feel smaller than it is * walls a bit thin, I can hear my upstairs neighbor snoring sometimes. * non-smoking (if you're a smoker) Perfect for students or small families.

Apartment is quiet, and nice. Leasing office doesn't stay open even during business hours(pretty strange)! Only way to get in touch is email. They charge a non-refundable admin fee of 300(nobody knows what it is)! It doesn't count towards cleaning charges when you vacate apartment. When you vacate apartment, expect cleaning charges upward of 300. touch up paint, cleaning carpet, professional maid cleaning charges of 200!!! Otherwise, apartments are quiet and neighbors are friendly.

For the rent price, you get what you pay for. The apartments are essentially soundproof, which was one of the best features (top floors at least). The downside of it is there's a HUGE amount of spiders here. Everyday I'd end up finding a minimum of two spiders, each the size of a quarter.
