Lovely fish and chips. Thoroughly enjoyed them. Nice chunky piece of fish in a crisp golden batter. Lovely chips. Portion size was fantastic, probably a little too much if I'm being honest. Deffo visit here again.

Very nice fish, excellent chips, generous portions. If anything slightly under cooked. When taking the fish out of the paper it took the batter with it leaving a bit of a floury mush. Saying that this is why we try and eat them straight away. They are never the same when you get them home wherever you go.

Excellent fish and chips cooked traditionally in beef dripping. We actually travel 80 miles to visit friends and save our fish and chip night till we can get to Kirkgate. Never had a bad meal from here,the staff are always friendly and efficient . All in all a great chip shop with the best fish and chips for miles around.
