Went in for a puppy groom to get my puppy used to the process, the ladies were really nice and he seemed very happy, although going in i asked for his fur , especially his face not to be trimmed. Just wanted a wash and a nail clip , they said \we don't trim\ and when i got him he had a weird head trim that was a bit uneven and looks like he has a weird forehead at the moment, it's not a big deal, hair grows back but it was a request that was completely ignored.

The ladies are friendly and attentive. Asked what I would like to be done and did exactly what I asked for. Mishcka came out smelling amazing and looking beautiful. I will recommend to anyone I booked a return visit as I found the experience very good. Thankyou

Excellent I had tried other groomers but have come back to the groom rooms as they are the only ones who actually listened to what I wanted instead of the generic cuts offered elsewhere

Staff very ignorant and don't know what they are talking about they should be trained to know what they are dealing with instead they try to con people especially older people totally disgraceful and very rude

Did a great job grooming my Cockapoo however customer service is awful. Can't seem to book appointments properly. Had one booked for the Saturday and called the day before to confirm the appt only to be told there was nothing booked. I explained I was told it had been booked in the system only to be questioned if I had a card which I didnt so they said the appointment can't of been set then! I changed groomer, then around a month later I get a rude voicemail from the manager saying I didn't show up for my appointmet that day so i'd be asked for a deposit the next time I booked. I called back to point out that the next time I book an appointment with them will be when I've lost my mind.
