Ordered an item online yesterday which was stated to be in stock and available for collection the same day. Although I took note of the order number from the website at time of purchase, I did not receive an email order confirmation or receipt. When I phoned the call centre today, the assistant immediately defaulted to arranging a refund. When I said I just wanted the item, I was told that it was actually out of stock. Even as I write this, the Currys website states that I can order now and collect today. Completely inaccurate and misleading. How is it an acceptable outcome that I've got 200 in my pocket and they are basically saying sorry, we don't want it! Once again let down by the good old British High Street, I can't give my money to them! Next thing Currys will be going bust, blaming Covid-19 blah blah, maybe it has more to do with their poor business set up and running?!

Would have been better if the desk was manned nothing worse than standing in the cold waiting on someone answering a door bell

Good selection of products. Really poor customer service so know what you want before going in. Couldn't get anyone to help then the person at the till was more interested in doing something other than serving the fast developing que of people. Customers who are in front of you come 1st... even if its just a polite 'I'm sorry, I'll just be a second'

Click and collect with minimum wait was really good, even changed the colour of the item as forgot to change colour when ordering online

Very poor, everything I wanted to buy was out of stock and the staff were obviously on holiday mode as they were just not interested in helping.
