Take care choosing b&q metallic emulsion. Colour match not good. Obviously I was told by staff I was wrong and colour looked ok(?) Looked like galvanized zinc. Ok for outside metal grating ,not for a living room though. Twice when I was explaining both staff dealing with me walked away. Pretty ignorant but it may be how they've been trained. One said that it looks like paint had been removed from the tub and the other one suggested that I had changed my story since coming in ! I thought, Cagney and Lacey had gotten jobs at b&q. I eventually got refunded but obviously just to get rid of me. I only wanted to point out that i thought there was a problem with the paint and I definitely wouldn't make myself out to be a thief or a liar for 15 !!! I honestly felt insulted. Back pedalling staff then said no one had called me a thief ! I truly couldn't be bothered any more trying to converse with the pair, who were acting as one and nodding in unison throughout. I suggest b&q should ask their staff to listen before going on the defensive. Either that, it's just plain rude !!
