Purchased a Fiat 500 in November using the Click & Collect system. Delivered all the way to Southampton, probably the easiest car purchase I've ever made. Had a bit of a mix-up when the vehicle tax expired this month - turns out the V5 wasn't processed so the dealer was still the registered keeper - but a couple of phone calls to Arnold Clark and without even asking, they have retaxed it for the rest of the year free-of-charge and made sure the V5 has been submitted. We're all human and mistakes happen but it's the response that matters, so 5* from me, especially in the middle of a pandemic. Good stuff.

Fantastic experience all round. We were looking for a nearly new car after ours was written off in an accident. Ryan, our salesman was fantastic. We had quite a list of requirements due to dogs and kids, but although he never pushed a particular car, he still managed to help us narrow down our options. Nothing was too much trouble and no question was unanswered or stupid. When we took our kids down to see the cars, he was amazing with them and again nothing was too much trouble, in fact he had them away looking at sports cars and all sorts, which allows us time to make our final decision without interruption. The deal we were offered was really good, the 'Car Genius' who came in the test drive was so knowledgeable about the vehicle and again involved the kids. Every member of staff I had dealings with was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be recommending this dealership and Will be back ourselves when we are looking for another vehicle.
