I have used this service on two occasions in the last year and both with a 100% successful outcome. An unwelcome rodent visitor on the first occasion was promptly dealt with and more recently a wasp nest that was sorted within 24 hours! I would highly recommend this professional and friendly service. Steve is incredibly knowledgeable and goes to great lengths to ensure you are completely satisfied with every aspect of the service. Steve has been nothing but flexible and helpful. Living a long way from a property I manage he has gone the extra mile, sending pictures of finished jobs, taking on regular maintenance, dealing with emergencies and all with a “no problem” response.
