I enquired four times about deliveries - via Facebook and twice using the company's main website (as you would) and selected 'home delivery' in their contact form. No reply to the first request, on the second request I was told that home delivery had nothing to do with Kirby and West themselves and I needed to contact the roundsperson - which I'd also tried but, again, no response. Very unhelpful people who obviously don't need new business. No wonder milkmen are becoming a thing of the past.
Lovely people that work for this company, always happy to help. My partner has been working for this company for some time now and it's his favourite job, always happy to get up and go, that doesn't happen very often!
The business seems to be stuck in the past and are in need of new management. Each order there are problems and when you ask to speak to the manager, he doesn't even know what day of the week it is. Useless.
