Lovely place with stunning views of the house from the lake. One way system so felt safe. No fault of the hall however e would of used the temporary tea room in the marquee however there was a group of 11 ladies who were obviously together as we saw them walking in a group round the lake so we decided to not to go in there. Will definitely return.
Very knowledgeable visitor guides. Beautiful gardens and an amazing walled allotment garden. Lovely walks around the lakes. A bonus that one entry ticket gives a years visits, great value. Snacks available from temporary food vans due to Covid.
Fantastic place to visit. Very interesting historical house and beautiful gardens. Staff super friendly and efficient. Room guides very knowledgeable and don't bore you by going on too long!
Beautiful hall. A little hidden gem. Has lots of spaces to explore and some gorgeous garden areas. Dogs are welcome on a lead and can walk the many routes around, through woodlands or by the large lake. We had coffees here and a wood fired pizza from an outside company. Delicious. A lovely family day out
