The food, environment, service are good, but the ordering system is not ideal. I ordered the food for the first time, but the food did not come, but later I found out that it was not delivered haha. I hope there is not only the English version, but also other languages. Thank you

Food tastes good but can be much better I feel . Staff are friendly and attentive and has the family feel .......good service staff are hard to come by .....

Less varieties for buffet dinner. Some of the food were average. But the Auntie server was friendly, attentive and polite and at all times. Thumbs up for her.
Price for now is good. 23 for lunch and 25 for dinner. Why 3 stars? Food quality is good. Food range not that much. Customer service over the phone or on site disappointing. It was better in food range and customer service many years back. Gradually the place is lacking lustre. Will not be coming back.

Had their ala carte buffet as part of Furama's Eat and Play package (super worth it). Food was pleasantly nice and served pretty promptly. For ala carte buffet, they serve a set of dishes (no need to order) first. Any additional dishes can be ordered online, which I ordered just 15mins before last order (2pm for lunch) and most dishes were served within 15mins and I could squeeze in one more order. If you purchased the package, the dining voucher will be sent separately (check junk mail) after you redeem the code for Waka Waka. At check out you also get a parking coupon! Do note that the restaurant closes at 2.30pm.
The service was gd. Staff were friendly. But food needs improvement in terms of taste. It was cold n some were a bit dry. Too much of cornstarch was used to thicken the crab n clam sauces.
