Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward Brook Green Estate Agents

As investors, we have been working very closely with Lily to find properties which align to our strategy. Lily has taken time to understand our requirements and as such presents properties that meet our criteria. Lily is highly energetic and personable, she is organised and has the ability articulately explain the angle on each property that she brings to our attention. Similarly, our interactions with her manager, Sarah have been off the same high quality. We look forward to building a long term relationship with Lily, Sarah and KFH.

From the very beginning, I was impressed with the service provided by Lily Burgering. After sending many viewing requests to multiple agents, via Rightmove, it was a welcome break from emails when Lily called me directly. She wanted to understand my needs and asked great questions. It may seem basic, but out of 12 email requests, she was the only one who picked up the phone to understand our search. As a result, she scheduled additional viewings which all helped my research and understanding of the London market. I've never purchased in this country and arriving during the pandemic makes for additional questions. Lily was on time and well-organized, allowing us to make best use of our time. She's also enjoyable company who graciously provides an overview of the property and then allows you to discover and \feel\ it on your own. Her follow up was equally impressive. And best of all, she genuinely celebrated when we found our home (sadly not via her agency). This makes me strongly recommend her for your search, because she made the entire effort about us.

Our experience with KHF (specifically Nicola and Sarah) has been truly great as they have acted professionally as well as honestly throughout the process. We've always felt like we could pick up the phone to them for solid advice; something that is very much lacking with other estate agents in the business. We highly recommend them to anybody buying or selling as they are a pleasure to work with.

I feel compelled to leave a review for Sarah Thomas, who is the Branch Director, and who also served as my agent for the purchase of my new home, because both myself and my family were so impressed with her professionalism, warmth and diligence. She is a consummate real estate agent, and world class in the service she offers. She helped us move through each step of the sales process with ease, and we even completed way ahead of time with her direct help. Thank you Sarah, for all you do, and for making my parents dream home come true.
