Made an order online at 5.30, rang at 7.05 to see where my food was. Taking into account weather conditions I was expecting it to be a little late. The woman who answered was lovely, but was shocked to hear a colleague of hers screaming at her that there was no order for me. Found this shocking and rude behaviour on her part. I explained I had a confirmation email and had already paid by card and magically the rude staff member stopped and my food was being cooked. Very disappointed and had over a 2 hour wait for food that was average . I may add the woman who was speaking to me on the phone was very apologetic

Best chippy in scunthorpe, food absolutely beautiful and delivered when they said. Staff go above and beyond, extremely friendly and polite

One word. Amazing! The fish is cooked superbly. The chips are great. Not too be missed. I have seen many changes in these parts in 30 years but one thing has been constant. Kingston's.

Order food for a treat, pre ordered the food at 5.50pm to be delivered at 7pm. Rang the shop twice to be told the food would be going out when the driver got back. Then again that the food was on it's way and still at 8.10pm still have no food. Not happy as ordered quite a few time and never had issues like this before
