Very bad unreliable internet at expensive prices, they charge you 13 times a year (the cheek) and you're stuck with it as the only option. I paid for the top pricing tier to hopefully protect myself during peak traffic times and it has 0 effect. They have clearly not installed enough wifi routers or provided enough bandwidth to go around block so at peak times I'm constantly getting down time and lagging/latency issues. Poor service from a poor company. Bring in Mediaforce!

Constant problems with Wi-fi connection on military camp. No connection to network, no network or no internet. Internet always comes back on once call is made to customer services! Over priced!!!

WiFi never worked! Escalated to the technical team only to discover it was an issue with there infrastructure. At his point the customer service disappeared, no updates at all so cancelled service and requested refund! This was ignored until I requested a Deadlock to make a complaint to the Communications Ombudsmen. Instead I will take out a contract with BT, it may be twice the price but at least it works

It was SO easy to get online with help from Katie she was so quick and efficient which is so marvellous when we have to deal with so much other rubbish. This is a shining example of how to do things well. Dave
