Great service from Fran and Sara who took the time to help find my Grandad the right shoes for his feet. Both so friendly and polite with lots of patience.

Gloria was great during the service, knowledgable and personable. The service was a bit shorter than the allotted time because we started late. But the finished product was great and felt so smooth.

They have nice shoes but the service is awful! We walked in and there was two customers apart from us and three sales assistants. Every five minutes they stopped listening to customers and began talking to each other about loosing a boot or that they put it in the wrong box. Took half an hour to get someone to bring me the size I wanted, and when I wanted to pay the shop worker left to chatter to other workers in the office! It was comic to some extent, watching three shop workers 'loosing a boot' or misplacing them all the time, but got frustrating

Frustrating visit. After checking the website I walked in and told the shop assistant I had hallux limitus and asked what they would recommend, he looked at me blankly. I realise it's not his fault personally but I made a special trip and it was a waste of time. what's the point of a \specialist\ shop when they don't know about common foot complaints?
