Very professional service and reasonable prices. Also an added bonus to get some discount being an AA Member. Fully apologetic for when the computer system and Chip n Pin system went down tonight. Good to also hear that my car is now fit and well and fully roadworthy aswell. . Thank you National Tyres & Autocentre.

I ve bought 2 front tyre from this garage. Got them fitted balanced and aligned. The steering wheel was off and the car was steering to left. I took my car back in the shop the next morning and the guy on the front desk was quite arrogant, unprofessional and unwilling to help and told me they get it everyday. He agreed to put the car on the lift the car and insisted that it was all aligned. But it was apparent that sterring wheel was not straight. I took it to another local garage immediately after and they fixed it. The car is dead straigh again. This business has so much customers coming in and out they don't even bother to listen to customers needs. Avoid if you can. There are small but much better services around.

Booked full service & MOT at Kingston branch (Cambridge road) for less than 200 but when I brought my car in I was told that the price was in fact more than 200. Got a call within 30 minutes of leaving the car, saying my car failed the MOT. This was the first MOT for my 3-year old car with an excellent reliability record. I hardly used it this year due to Covid-19 WFH (it stayed in my underground parking garage). It drove well and was in an excellent condition. But given that they had already input the fail result into the system, I could not drive the car away from the garage (they got me!) and had to pay for whatever they told me to replace. The final price was three times the initial quote. I expected that they would do an initial check, recommend me with necessary replacements while servicing and then do an MOT. Now the MOT failure for this car is clearly recorded in the government's portal and the car will lose value when the time comes to sell it. They didn't get the job done on the same day even though I brought the car in at 8:30am. Went there the next day to pick it up but apparently their 'MOT' guy was having a day off so they couldn't release the car (it was a week day!). Went there again the next day and they started preparing the bill (they were doing the bill the day before when I went in!). After several attempts in more than 20 minutes, they still could not produce a bill... apparently their system is too old. They wouldn't give me a copy of the details of services provided either! Very disappointed about National.
