These guys truly do look after you. Any other place would have pushed to make a quick buck out of me. 10 to clear out the charging dock at bottom of iPhone. Would have been 50 anywhere. Best part is of they can not fix it they won't charge you the 10 fee. You really need to come here. Professional and spot on. Thank you guys.

Visited iSmash Kingston a few weeks ago to change the Ipad screen and battery. I called initially to ask some questions on the phone, the service was extremely friendly and professional. I then came into store to have my devices fixed, when the same person on the phone called Daniel continued to assist us. Such a personable individual who is passionate about what he does, I left the store feeling thoroughly looked after and will definitely use ismash again!
I had an original iPad Glass replaced by iSmash in Kingston upon Thames. Due to parts delay, the replacement took over a month to complete, which I didn't mind, prefer a quality job than a rushed service. However, within 4 weeks, the glass was showing signs of crack. Due to being on holiday and other priorities I couldn't go back to iSmash in Kingston immediately. When I did go, I expressed my dissatisfaction of the quality and unsatisfied service. The technician stated, there isn't anything that can be done due to he believed there had some force placed on top hence cracks starting to develop. I had the original glass for over 7 years; I understand the replacement wasn't original but never expected to be such a poor disappointing quality. The way I see it, I was getting the same quality as if I had the glass replaced from a market stall. Customer service replied back after a month of complaint stating it must of been my fault, without inspecting the item. Bottom line, quality is poor, no difference getting it repaired from a market stall --- the life time guarantee is a joke.
