Kingstanding Post Office & Gift Shop

I have used this post office many many times and I have always had excellent service, the staff are always polite, professional and friendly they go out of their way to help. The card and gift shop area are well stocked with lovely cards and some very nice gifts that I have bought to go along with cards I have purchased, the staff in the post office area are very helpful too, they give advice on the best and cheapest postal service for your needs, the shop is bright, clean and welcoming. I visited this post office recently to renew a driving licence and two passports and was greeted by very professional and friendly members of staff. Excellent service received, very helpful team. I highly recommend this Post Office to others.

Whenever I visit this post office and this post office only (as it is my favourite) I am always satisfied with every single aspect. From the merchandise to the considerate help with my queries, I am always served to an amazing standard as every single employee is dedicated to their role and responsibility. Kingstanding post office really is the PERFECT environment!
