Kingsmaid Domestic Cleaning

I am very happy with my clean today. Ryan came and did 2 hours on his own and what a fantastic job. Smells lovely, attention to detail and everything done and exceeding expectations of other cleans that are normally carried out by 2 cleaners. Always happy with results but today Ryan has really made my day. No stone unturned Thank you

Took the 8 hours recommended for an initial clean. Wasn't quite enough time for the whole house. They managed to get through all but one bedroom but they worked really hard and really pleased with the end result. We have signed up for a regular fortnightly clean and if its of the same quality as the initial one, we will be happy.

I have used their services for a while and have no complaints. The ladies do a thorough job and better than I would be able to do myself. We work full time while caring for a small child with additional needs. To be able to handover the housecleaning to professionals has eased our load, especially in these challenging times.

I've been using Kingsmaid on a weekly basis for a few months now. I'm recovering from illness and can't manage housework at present. The people are helpful and friendly. They always do a great job and are happy to do extra tasks, like changing the sheets. I haven't had to use a duster or vacuum cleaner since they started and I couldn't cope without them.

AVOID!! Paid for 4 hours, estimated by Kingsmaid. Cleaners said they were done after 3 so I said they could go. It took the cleaners almost half an hour to contact the office and I had 5 minutes of time left when I was told I wouldn't get a refund for the unused time. When I looked around the next day, the specific areas I'd asked to be cleaned hadn't been done. Was offered a re-clean, however this wasn't an option due to personal circumstances and I'd advised on booking that I only had 1 day available. Was not offered an alternative, such as a refund for the unused time. Complaint was closed by Kingsmaid who said we'd \got to a point where we could go no further\. No mention of no refunds in TC. Terrible customer service and overpriced (in comparison to other quotes), poor quality clean.
