Brilliant service, although officially closed for Christmas, still prepared to solve an urgent diagnostic problem and get me back on the road. Courteous, professional and couldn’t have been more helpful, the sort of service I thought had disappeared. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Unpleasant and aggressive to deal with. My son had a problem with the steering on his car and asked for a quote to repair. Turned out that the parts needed we're very expensive and my son hasn't got a lot of money so asked if he could take the car away and have a think about it. Became very unpleasant and wouldn't let him take the car until he paid 50, even though no work done, just a quote.

My family and I visited Challaborough for a classic holiday park getaway and the car packed up on the way. Called the garage and spoke to Collin and got the car in within the day. After it was dropped off it was diagnosed, parts obtained and repaired within 2 hours of being dropped off!! Collin and his team saved my week away and I couldn’t recommend Waterside Garage enough. Quality service at a great price. Life savers!
