Upon entering the practice I was welcomed with a smile and made to feel at ease. Both receptionists were very polite and helpful. My surgeon was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable in his field, he explained my treatment every step of the way under very difficult conditions due to covid, all precautions were observed and all PPE was worn by the surgeon and his nurses who also did an excellent job assisting and putting me at ease. This was my first experience with Smiles Better Kings Lynn, and I will definitely continue there with any treatment required. Please pass on my thanks. Well done all.

Very friendly clinic, Rebecca is a dentist I really feel I can trust to not only do a great job with my teeth but who will give me an honest appraisal of what work I actually need doing

•• Zero Star Review •• If I could give the option of zero, there it would be. I had a terrible interaction with an entitled receptionist. I have been a previous patient and sought help Monday after falling and fracturing/breaking two front teeth. After calling the surgery repeatedly from 8:30am-8:50am (approx 30times continuous as the weekend answerphone message hadn’t been switched off) I had to make a visit in person. Straight away the receptionist in question spoke so rudely and advised because I haven’t been seen in the last 6months-1year I couldn’t be considered for an appointment (bearing in mind there is and has been a global pandemic for almost a year which you should only attend for emergencies??? Hmmm). After explaining the situation, again I was told this wasn’t classed as an emergency but I wasn’t even triaged (which was bloodied, swollen, loose and sore) how would she know if she doesn’t have the details? After trying to explain the situation I was indeed offered a consultation for two weeks time without any future hope of a second appointment for actual treatment. now I understand everyone is busier at the moment and I would have accepted this was the case if it wasn’t so rudely and pathetically offered. This lady had no idea what she was explaining and contradicted herself many times, at least train your staff. The receptionist kept referring to COVID like I don’t have access to the news?? I have worked throughout this pandemic in a healthcare environment, please do not use COVID as an excuse for poor customer service. After contacting a actual professional dental practice, I was seen on Tuesday 8:45am and received full treatment (consultation, X-ray and bonding) by 1:30pm. That’s how real professionals run their practice.

Given the circumstances surrounding Covid19 the Smiles Better team performed brilliantly. I felt safe the moment I entered the practice. The team members who I spoke to were relaxed, polite and professional.
