I have taken my sewing machine here a couple of times recently. I cannot praise them enough. So friendly and knowledgeable about what was wrong and how to fix the problem. I could easily have been talked into buying a new sewing machine, but was told my machine is so good, it will go on forever. Excellent service.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I bought a foot for my sewing machine and was offered a complete refund if it didn't fit which it did. They had a good selection of sewing machines for sale and were very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
