Absolute top end service! Answered the phone immediately and spent a good 20 minutes going through the best options for my lads Christmas present! I dealt with Steve who really knew his stuff.

Dreadful service and zero communication from the staff there. On the 5th Oct 2020, I placed my first order for an RC jet from KLMS; so a not inconsiderable amount of money spent with them. I got an automated reply thanking me for signing up with them, but no receipt or order confirmation. Over a week has passed, now the 18th, and despite me sending several emails requesting some form of receipt for my purchase, or at least an acknowledgment of my order I've received nothing In person from them. Thursday 15th I got a message from DPD saying they were going to deliver an item but nothing arrived, Friday I got the same, still nothing. Following my experience, I most certainly won't be buying from them again and I urge other customers to do the same. Instead I recommend RC Octane, Wheelspin Models or Modelsport, whom I've used regularly and never once had a problem such as this.
