Have been using Hylton Gott for years, many of them. Always received first class service. Very kind staff. Very knowledgeable technicians. Very reliable, trustworthy, reasonable. My family are based in Norfolk but even when I lived in London I'd still bring my car to HG to be looked after. Very very worth it.

Having previously used a larger mainstream Volvo dealership and suffered with poor customer service and incorrect diagnosis and repairs I have been using Hylton Gott for the last few years. My most recent visit was with an electrical fault which stubbornly refused to go away. However the servicing staff and front of shop staff were fantastic. Although Hylton Gott is a mainstream Volvo dealership it retains the level of service and customer care you would expect from a family business. I shall continue to use them even though they are a good thirty plus miles away and other larger dealerships are closer.
