Fantastic service. Dr. Norman and his team are absolutely superb. They all make you feel welcome and cared for. Always accommodating and will go out of there way to help. I alread feel so relaxed and comfortable in three office. They make you feel like a person, not just a patient. Cannot recommend enough!
Having had severe back problems many years ago, I have known Dr. Norman for quite a while. He is always very knowledgeable and professional, and seems to be able to pinpoint the problems straight away, whether arms, shoulders, neck or back. Since the early days I have had regular appointments and this has enabled me to maintain mobility. The reception staff are very accommodating, and are always able to find appointments to suit my busy lifestyle.
Excellent service could not have asked for more
I cannot praise everyone at the clinic highly enough. I am always made very welcome by the friendly reception staff. One of the nice touches offered is the 'reminder' phone call early on the day of the appointment. Dr Norman's manner is warm and he puts you at ease whist he works his magic, in keeping my back in tip top condition. I would not hesitate to recommend the practice to anyone.
