Can't rate the team highly enough. I rang & spoke to a polite & helpful receptionist this morning. Had a 'call back' to speak to my wife within 20 minutes.

One star is being overly generous! Failed at EVERY level No wonder Mental Health Care is at an all time low!
My exoeriance with chatterton house has been less than positive. The reception staff are less than helpful they are rude and speak down to you when you call. If your calling to try and contact a specific Psychiatrist or the like they make you feel like your wasting their time. If you call with a question they cannot usually answer you and tell you to either call back or wait for them to call you and they literally never call you back. The doctors there themselves are not helpful. They are patronising and make you feel like you are actually going insane. They lie about returning a call making you second guess yourself even though you know they haven't contacted you and you have to call records to prove it. Considering they are supposed to help reduce the symptoms of mental health illnesses they all collectively make it worse. I am actually scared about going to anyone for help with my problems because of the lack of respect this place has given me. Something needs to change the staff need retraining and given classes on sympathy and compassion.
Just phoned for some advise. Receptionist bit short and rude. Not helpful. Not caring.!!!!!!!
