Just insured my new Yamaha, 1st class customer service, which is essential to me, regardless of cost, you need to know their is a person at the end of the line, not a recordered message. on the cost aspect very good value. the website is very user friendly. The only time you really know how good your insurer is, is when you have to make a claim, again this is where a good customer service comes in, i hope i never have to make that call, tiime will tell

having just retired I wanted a project to keep me challenged, so I bought a US import (Kawasaki KZ400) to restore. I wanted to insure it but could only do it with the frame number. Only Bikesure were prepared to help me and be flexible, which allowed me to go through the registration process. The staff were excellent and the rates competitive, very pleased, thankyou
I needed a two bike policy and Bikesure gave great old school service. Actually spoke to a real human being and very friendly and efficient she was too; how insurance used to be done and very refreshing for that. The price was competitive too so, all round, a really good experience, Highly recommended
Used Bikesure for the GSXR lastyear, price was as expected for a litre bike with no NCB. Only bad note i would say is the 30 they charged me change a detail on the policy, but hey, insurance companies right. Best thing is the renewal, even after adding a V-Strom to my policy, it was cheaper than my first year riding a few years back. Contacting them is quick and easy. Would recommend.
I have used Bikesure in the past for a number of old and not so old bikes and have always had a top notch experience dealing with them. They leave no stone unturned to find the best possible deal, and are quick and highly efficient. Always my first and now only port of call. Superb service!
