Great shop have been going here for many years. I have both fish and reptiles and couldn’t be more happier. I have a lot of knowledge on reptiles and can say jay is very polite and happy to see everyone. Also cares about the reptiles he works with which is great, Jay is very helpful, outgoing, very good advice If any novice reptile keepers I will ensure jay will give them the best advice on their care/setup etc Keep up the great work! Horrible customer service! I go to this place reluctantly and only as my last option. I've come to this store a few times. Their customer service is just atrocious. Miserable bunch of people working there who seem like they could do with being relievd from their misery. A few times I've also seen they tend to be a little nicer to the white customers. So clearly there's something not right about the ethics of the staff here either. Their products are over priced and fishes are very poor quality. There are better stores else where. This place is about just selling. They barely give advice on fish and if you ask it's like trying to get blood out of a stone. Saw many dead fishes in their tanks too. Which makes you question. They try to avoid talking to you as much as possible. Just buy and go.
