So rare I give a 5 star- but the food is just amazing, the staff are great, and the chef is just an absolute star!! Roast Beef was so good, and the gravy was the equivalent of the icing on the cake... we go home tomorrow, but will be back again next year.... if you're looking for a great home cooked food, where the chef really cares about what they do, then go to the Kings Head!!

Really friendly staff, they explained there would be a wait for food and gave updates as to how long it would be. The food was amazing, perfectly crispy chips, a wide variety of food to suit any appetite, steaks cooked to absolute perfection! We could take our leftovers home too. It was just one chef working on their own but you wouldn't have known, all food was ready at the same time, special boards really clearly displayed with what was / wasn't available. Will definitely be visiting again when we are here on holiday! (Not local to Norfolk) amazingly clean and well socially distanced tables. Good signage to show where to go and etiquette in areas where social distancing may not be possible.
Very good experience. Had to call ahead to pre-book our fish and chips, but was very impressed with the quality and quantity; the fish filled the plate and was lovely and moist, the batter was well balanced and not full of grease. Chips were a little basic, but didn't detract too much from the meal. We stayed for the charity quiz night which was great fun for a great cause, the atmosphere was brilliant and the range of beers, gins, and other drinks was very good.
Booked 2 tables at the Kings head excellent service throughout, very friendly staff good food and drinks. Dog friendly. Would definitely recommend.
We had a party of 10 people wanting a meal, the Kings head were happy to feed us, the service was great and the food piping hot for everyone, well done the kings head for a brilliant meal.
