This is another lovely garden centre to look around,it’s packed with all your usual garden products with a nice gift selection area....With a large cafe area and a great selection on the food menu.There is also a little farm shop area inside selling or your fresh fruit and vegetables plus loads more.This place is well worth a visit if you are in the area.

Extremely let down by the employees at Kings. My wife asked at the front desk how she could get turf home as she did not have anything to protect her boot from the dirt. The lady at front was super helpful and told her they had boot liners and the team would make sure to use one of their free boot liners, so she paid and let the team crack on. As you can see from the pictures the 2 young teenage employees slung wet muddy turf directly into the back of her car and shut the boot. It was only when my wife got home could we see what they had done (see pictures). I immediately called and the receptionist was very apologetic and put me through to Ethan. He explained he was sorry and would speak to the manager and call me back - this took only 5 minutes. Ethan advised he had spoken to the lady ho served us and also the boy who had packed up my wife's car - and both professed to have no idea what he was talking about, and in turn implied my wife was not telling the truth. Ethan's resolution was an apology and it is our choice where to shop in the future. Naturally losing my business is of no consequence, I am not daft enough to think they will feel the pinch of me not shopping there - but I am extremely disappointed in the reaction, the accusation my partner would not be telling the truth, the entire lack of common sense shown by the kids packing my wife's car, and also not even an offer of a tenner to pay for a quick wash at the local car wash. Hugely disappointed....
