Was a tenant with Kings and Co for three hassle free years. Communication was very good on the whole, plenty of notice for inspections for example. Occasionally it would take a while to get a call back - this is normal, they are busy and it's not always the same person in the office, just call again if it's urgent and they will always help. Finally our deposit was returned within a couple of days with no issues, as a tenant I can only recommend them.
I have been letting my flat through Kings and Co for a few years now and it has been very well run. Communication is efficient, Sally and the team have always been there to sort any problems and nothing seems too much trouble. They have given me excellent advice and gone the extra mile when needed. I would highly recommend them.

I would confidently say Kings is a quality lettings agent in Norwich, their service and customer focus is amazing. The team there are happy to help and the properties on offer seem to be a better standard than many! If you are looking for a good agency in the City, then head to riverside and see their listings. Excellent service for over 4 years, highly recommended.
