Excellent from start to finish. I had pretty much everything done - 24 windows (4 bay windows), 2 composite doors, French doors and bi-fold doors installed. From the start there was no pressure selling, just useful advice and a good quote. I didn't get chased by phone or email or anything and when I was ready to proceed then a survey was booked in. Once a deposit was paid then a fitting date was set. The workers who came to fit were excellent - working non-stop until it end of day to get the job done. There was an issue with one of the windows but the after service was excellent - they held their hands up and agreed to rectify as soon as possible. Overall extremely happy and will certainly recommend to anyone. They are big enough to survive (and offer the guarantee), but small enough to care, and that sums them up.

Absolutely rubbish. Arrange an appointment to install and don't show up. Unreliable and terrible workmanship. My front door was showing daylight from the handle to the floor.
After having a bad experience with a previous supplier we chose to replace our windows with Kingfisher. At the start of the whole project we were excited about changing the appearance of our home and improving its efficiency however we had lost faith in the industry when the quality of product and fitting by our initial supplier fell far below our expectations. We had no insight or experience in the area of double glazing and chose kingfisher to try and recover what was a bit of a disaster. We just wanted to say that from the very start we were assured and looked after. Jeremy provided the quote and initial survey - the formal survey was conducted together with paul and various options and issues were addressed. Then the fitting by Dan and Co was expertly delivered going the extra mile and ensuring precision and care. Paul the installation manager even came out during the fit to ensure all was going well and provide reassurance. This sounds like one of those cheesy reviews but we just wanted to say thanks - it genuinely felt like everyone cared about their bit throughout the process which was what was missing with the other supplier. Customers dont change windows every day and to do so is a reasonable financial investment so the way kingfisher conducted themselves was exactly what we would expect and appreciate so thanks again to everyone involved and please bring this to their attention and the attention of the senior managers plus please feel free to use this as a customer review - keep it personal, genuine and real. Great aluminium system they produce, better than most, Great lads in production, they modified a sash for us at the factory, jolly and quick
I used Kingfisher Windows to build my conservatory. After comparing several companies, I decided to choose Kingfisher because of the good product quality and staff's professionalism. Jeremy is the contact person I often reached and he responded my questions promptly. Danny is one of the builders who is always helpful and even gave me lots of advice on choosing blinds. I am very pleased with my conservatory, a big thank you to the team.
