Had a breakfast which was great value for money and the coffee's are lovely. Friendly staff just add to the experience.
Little gem of a place in the heart of Potteric Carr nature reserve, just a short walk from the visitor centre to find delicious home cooked food and cakes and great coffee. If you want some peace and tranquility, to sit and be at one with nature then this is the perfect place. You could take one of the various walks and hire binoculars for a spot of birdwatching. Whatever you do you must end up at the Kingfisher tearooms. Open all year except 5 days over Christmas.
Great location and we'll worth a visit. When we were there an outdoor barbecue was taking place and the food was great. Comfortable seating and not too cramped.
Just what the doctor ordered after a bracing walk around Potteric Carr. Warming cuppa, cold drink, hot food.
