Ordered burger chips for my daughter that was fine but ordered ribs for myself and omfg seriously how long did you cook them for?... They was so bloody dry it was like eating the turkey in Christmas vacation... It was so disgusting and kingfisher are normally really good.... So disappointed... Wouldn't even give a one star tbh.

Really disappointing, ordered twice before and ok this time chips were like cardboard and all the left over scraps called to make them aware and totally un interested knowing we are good customers & have ordered from them previously no offer to send fresh no offers of a refund or even partial and npt suggestion to rectify. Unfortunately won’t be using them again In response to your reply, correct i have now left a negative review after I contacted you and gave you the option to rectify the problem however like i said your staff were un interested. Leaving only a negative review when i have a bad experience (again only after calling you first) is similar to you still being happy to take my money regardless if the food was good or bad even when you have had feedback. So again a very disappointing response and attitude to what was a loyal customer.
Sorry to say. Not a good experience. All food was delivered hot. But unfortunately the batter around the rock was not just crispy but over done as was the 3 portions of chips and the scampi. For 40 I would expect a lot better.

This is a good old fashioned fish & chip shop for both takeaway & sit down food. Cod & chips was excellent & reasonably priced also handily placed just off the High Street.
