Friendly staff, great garden to relax in. Good beer prices and social distancing.
The local is what it says on the tin so to speak , with a change in management in the last week the staff serve the regulars first while you stand around waiting to be served . The bar staff language is something to be desired with kids in the bar Fish and chips from across the road eaten with the smell of salt and vinegar. I started drinking her a while ago but have now decided to go elsewhere. This is not a place unless you are local a permanent resident every afternoon you may get served first once the staff decide to serve you
Cheap drinks, Sports on TV (if you're into that kinda thing), and quite often live music/DJs on the weekends. One of the larger pubs in Highworth. Good drinking pub.
