So... Let me start out by saying I never write reviews, but today I felt compelled. I don’t think I have ever seen such Incompetence. Why can’t the DNV screen potential employees or give them a competency test to see if they can actually do the job attained! Rude, dismissive & talking trash to fellow employees about customers as they walk away. I was there 2 times for the same problem & again it was done incorrectly & I wasn’t told I needed NOW another form!!! Seems like no one there has a clue as to how to do their job ! JOKE!

Waited in line for 3 hours and had my form and documents pre checked outside, I was told everything was good to go. Finally got inside the building and the rep decided to take a break and then come back 30 mins later, called me over and instantly said she couldn't issue the ID as my ID was too close to expiring. Why was I not told this outside when the guy checked my documents?? He even read my expiry date out loud. Do NOT understand it. Wasting my time.

Okay so the DMV... Expectations are set pretty low when you walk in to any DMV. Anticipate a dark dingy place that you have to sit for hours while trying to do an overall five minute transaction right? Wrong. This place was a great overall experience. I had to get my Real ID and I was expecting to be there for at least two hours. Showed up Friday morning at 9:30am and waited in a 10 minute line where workers verified documentation prior to letting you get your ticket. Given the amount of people turned away for missing docs, I now get why they did this. MAKE SURE YOU READ THE WEBSITE AND BRING EVERYTHING YOU NEED! Social security card and valid passport OR social security card and original birth certificate (ensure all naming matches exactly) PLUS 2 forms of mail that show your address (letters, bills, whatever. they don’t care). I was in and out in 35 minutes and everyone I interacted with was pleasant and cheerful. The facility is very large with lots of natural light plenty of seating and they must’ve had at least 20 stations open. Overall: Not at all what I was expecting and very pleasantly surprised!
