I would have no hesitation in recommending Kindred to anyone approached by the firm as a possible benefactor or as someone wishing to get information about a relative . I have always been treated politely , efficiently and with total professionalism . Banks , Insurance companies, , Energy & Telecoms firms could learn some lessons from Kindred , which is NOT run on an ' All expense spared ' basis for the benefit of the C.E.O's bonus ! No understaffed call - centres & 90 min. waits at Kindred . A breath of fresh air in a world increasingly run by nasty , money -grubbing , morally bankrupt monsters .
I have found Stephen from Kindred to be extremely helpful. He helped me to find my grandmothers brother who we found out had sadly passed away he then went on to contact his deceased wife's 2nd family which led to us eventually contacting his daughter. I can't thank or recommend Stephen highly enough. I wouldn't hesitate to use his service again.
