Symbol of the Netherlands and I believe it is one of the \must go and see places\. I was lucky to visit years ago and it is very impressive. Place is lovely and so nice. But I cannot say the same thing to the people, they are rude and not friendly. Anyway, this won't change my attitude towards the Netherlands, a lovely country.

Very interesting place however it was very very windy so that s why Im giving 4 stars The place is nice and the landscape is very straight Is good for walking/running We rent a bike and came from the city center Lovely windmills, we had a picnic near by Some sheep also around :D
Nice place with a quite ambience
Beautiful Dutch history, a must see when in the area
It was a very fine weather on the day of our visit. We didn’t have much time to be here so we couldn’t cover every bit of it. But whatever we could possibly see was amazing. Walked and breathed the clean fresh air. The fresh smell of the grass and mud reminded me of my agricultural roots. It was a very interesting visit. The most catchy part was the wind mills and the history of its birth and its purpose. Do not miss this place!
