Wish I read some of these comments before I brought a new van, great service in selling it to you all very nice and helpful, after that it falls down. I have had two warranty issues reported in September even sent them photos and they still sent the wrong part shocking response to emails the only time I got a response was when I asked for the MD's email address - be warned

Brought new caravan with faults which I understand can happen, No updates on warranty claims. Good job swift as a brand have been really helpful and getting this sorted for me but Kimberley excuse is we have a member off staff off I'll so can't get me booked in for the warranty work. No reply to my emails. Would definitely not buy another van from them

Bought our used Bailey Approach Advance 665 and very pleased to say how helpful, honest and supportive Jason in sales was throughout the buying process in replying promptly to emails and phone calls. The handover by Dan was informative, knowledgeable and hats off to his patience with my plethora of questions. But this dealership has to be above many others as my experience with after sales service and Janet was awesome. A few issues swiftly resolved with replacement parts sent to my home address which saved me the faff of driving it back - I would, without question, recommend buying a motorhome from this dealership.

unfortunately as soon as kimberley have sold you your caravan/motorhome that's it, they are not really interested in sorting any warranty claims out. i purchased my caravan in July 2019 knowing it needed a new drinks cabinet catch and the awning lights needed replacing as a couple of the LED lights were not working, i was told they would take 6 weeks to arrive, it is now December 2020. It has taken myself one phone call to the manufacturers of my caravan to sort the claim out but unfortunately the part has to be delivered to Kimberley Caravans meaning i have got to pay them another visit. My advice to anyone wanting to purchase a caravan or motorhome is to just look at at the layouts at Kimberley and purchase from another dealer. I will never be going back to kimberley for a new caravan
