I do not usually go in for reviewing businesses or service. However I intended to send an email expressing my satisfaction with this optician. I could not find an email address so I want the staff involved to know that I found them efficient and attentive throughout my dealings with them. Beyond the call of duty they offered a quality of attention and professionalism that I thought had disappeared from our lives.

I was a little apprehensive about going for an eye test (put it off for longer than I care to admit) but I was put totally at ease by the very friendly and knowledgable staff. Service was exceptional. Would highly recommend - thank you!

Very helpful staff - fixed my daughter’s frames eagerly at no cost and then sorted out an eye test in no time. Explained the options including some new ones.

My fellas eyes have got better every time hes been in hes got a better score than before on eye tests what ever your doing keep it up as specsavers where i go in ilkeston cant even get my prescription right
