What a great asset to Kilwinning the sports club truly is, it’s the envy of all football clubs all over the country It’s history has been short but is now in a great place with the main sports team in the town moving there to set up a permanent base, there’s also a fantastic astro grass surface and loads of grass parks to suit all types of football, 11 a side, 9 a side and 7 a side. I went to a Buffs game last season, was met at the gates, paid my 6 and made my way down to the cafe area, a pie and a bovril for under a fiver, Great prices. It was a great place to view the game, at half time I had another visit to the cafe area and got a cheese burger and chips, got to say that the girls in the cafe made a great meal under very busy circumstances. The sports also has a very substantial gym with all the machines and weights that you would expect to see in a typical gym, the gym staff again were in top form, made me feel very welcome and there to answer any questions. I hope to visit the sports club more often
