If I could give no stars I would! Done shopping on Friday 12.02.21 paid by card, I am severe disabled man who living on pension. Money went from account on Monday but not only 26,34 what my shopping charges but 2 attempts to take 26.34 and 26.34. So now I have pending transaction in summ of 52,68 which put mine account in overdraft where I have to pay charges, in Monday I had appointment with Addenbrookes hospital which I couldn't admit as no money in account because of tesco mistake. Email services don't reply to mine emails I called tesco customer support and no help from them at all. They told me it's system problem and they trying to solve it... how I could be changed 3 times for the same shipping? And why I have to spend week without money? Today Wednesday and money still not back to mine account

A usual Tesco that has lots of good quality groceries and fish/meat for reasonable prices. Good place to conduct weekly shopping trips.

Gone to go food shopping with my partner, the man at the door apologises and says one person from one household only, which is 100% fine I gave my partner my card and i sat in the car however what I think is very disappointing is that its one rule for one and one for another because I've seen countless couples and two girls who looked 15-16 he let them go straight in plus a a mother and a daughter who parked opposite my car? How is this fair? Plis countless pairs leave the shop .I get were trying to stay safe and reduce the amount of people in but why does the rules differ? My partner then said the shop was full of Couples, it was not one per household. I'm digusted and very angry.Wont be coming back :(

There is a large and easily accessible car park with adjacent petrol station. They offer a wide range of good quality and good value produce. The staff always seem cheerful and helpful. The toilets are functional and reasonably clean with both male and female options. The coffee shop serves good coffee and a range of edible things. There are a few small outlets inside (inlets?) including a pharmacy and a photo shop. Cash machines can be found outside for this who like to pay with paper. The only downside is that it can get really busy at times. There is a garden centre and nice walk through woods and along the river Thet just a short way from the car park.
