Excellent service - the item I wanted was out of stock and an alternative offered. However, I preferred the original (earrings) so the wonderful staff went the extra mile ( well lots of miles I think), discussed what I really wanted in colour and shape and then kept my order on hold until they received what they knew I wanted. I didn’t have to wait too long and the earrings they sent were just perfect. Fabulous. Thank you.
Excellent Customer Service. The original item was despatched but never received. Very good communication by email and phone and an alternative (of greater value) was offered and was received a few days later. Great handbag and highly recommended company
Visited the store in Gordon Street Glasgow today 08.08.20. I was enquiring about a particular scarf. They did not have in stock but the staff were fantastic, made calls to other stores and ordered me one in. Fiona and her co-worker were just so helpful, friendly and could not do enough.
