Called in to the store today. The pottery looked lovely and I had planned to purchase a mug that I liked as I collect mugs. My son who is 10 years old picked up a wooded shoe horn and the elderly woman behind the counter spoke very harshly and aggressively to my son. The whole shop went quiet. And my son was upset. I don't leave negative comments unless absolutely necessary. The staff/owner need to work on there communication skills. We drove 7 hours to visit Port Isaac and that has certainly soured our experience.
