I've been a customer of this Florist for a year now and I've used them 6 times . Each time they have been just lovely on the phone . Always doing their best to help me choose the flowers I would like. They've delivered on time and when my Mum received her flowers she has been absolutely delighted with them. The flowers are beautiful, fresh and so expertly presented. I cannot praise Flowers by Karen highly enough. A first class florist and I'll never go anywhere else now. Thank you for making my Mum smile through this really difficult year. You are amazing! The staff here are fantastic, twice so far I've bought flowers, the first an orchid In a vase and my partner loved it and the staff were so accommodating for helping me transport it! The second was a Autumn bouquet and they were fantastic the quality is unreal. I ordered online and called to change the greeting to which they easily helped sort. Would recommend to anyone and I will be using again, so will my partner now more than likely, she said bouquet was best bunch of flowers she'd ever received!
