The staff here are fantastic, twice so far I've bought flowers, the first an orchid In a vase and my partner loved it and the staff were so accommodating for helping me transport it! The second was a Autumn bouquet and they were fantastic the quality is unreal. I ordered online and called to change the greeting to which they easily helped sort. Would recommend to anyone and I will be using again, so will my partner now more than likely, she said bouquet was best bunch of flowers she'd ever received!
I ordered flowers from Flowers by Karen for my best friend's 50th birthday. I can honestly say that it was one of the most beautifully- arranged bouquet of flowers I have seen. My friend was so thrilled to get them. Everything about the ordering process was easy; there was a great choice of bouquets too. Thank you so very much for making my friend's day even more special! I've been a customer of this Florist for a year now and I've used them 6 times . Each time they have been just lovely on the phone . Always doing their best to help me choose the flowers I would like. They've delivered on time and when my Mum received her flowers she has been absolutely delighted with them. The flowers are beautiful, fresh and so expertly presented. I cannot praise Flowers by Karen highly enough. A first class florist and I'll never go anywhere else now. Thank you for making my Mum smile through this really difficult year. You are amazing! I'd just like to say......I'm a Killie girl but I live in Wales now.......but I'd never go to another Florist for my Mum. The smile on her face says it all. Merry Christmas Flowers By Karen. Keep safe and take care. Lots of love Caroline. Xx
