I am truly grateful for the business center here. In particular, Ms. Perkins. She has helped me tremendously in my business and other areas of my life. She is knowledgeable in every area of business and what I love the most is if she doesn't know, she will find it. If she says she's going to do something, she does. Her help is sincere and she wants you to succeed. Thank you for offering this service and thank you Ms. Perkins for just being you.

I transferred my CCS services from San Antonio a little over a month ago. While I had MANY problems with the San Antonio office, I have no complaints about the ladies who helped me here in Killeen. Ms. Sharee, Angela, and Candace were all so kind and patient with trying to help me get daycare here for my son. With COVID going on, I had to make a lot of phone calls and sent numerous emails and they were always so fast with their replies! It took a long time to finally get services because of the San Antonio office but the ladies here who helped me went above and beyond to make sure I could send my son to daycare so I could work!

Was scheduled for an appointment at 1. It's currently 1:23, and I've heard nothing about his lack of professional and punctualilty. At least communicate any changes to what was agreed upon as the appointment time. PS it's now 1:24. Update: it's now 1:30, and I had to go up to the desk to find out that he is not even in the building. I should have gone to Austin.
