Usually very friendly staff, untill today! The older staff member with short hair, was following is round the shop telling my 2year old off for touching!! I wouldn't mind if she was saying the same to all the other people in the shop who were also touching things. When leaving she was mid convo with another customer who was touching all the soft toys! Decided not to purchase and support local business and instead will do my Christmas shopping online. My 2 year old is now very confused would not recommend going with your children as the nagging woman clearly doesn't understand children.

All staff are lovely friendly and very helpful each time I have visited the shop.
These guys and girls rock! Always friendly and helpful. They even helped me look something up in another store! Quite a variety of stock and of its not there they'll help you find it. Perfect customer service and very reasonable prices
Amazing staff, great prices and excellent toys. The store also does a club where you can put toys or games aside for up to a year! Love goi there just to look around or to treat my family can't ever fault staff, toys, shop or anything I highly recommend going here. Well done kids stuff toys.
Awful attitude of staff including the manager, talking to and treating children rudely and inappropriately. Would never shop in the bognor store again. Only one good staff member there who unfortunatly gets spoken to and treated very unfairly infront of customers. New manager in there seems to have no managerial skills whatsoever. Rather go and soend5my money in entertainer, much more for money and staff lovley.
